My approach

My goal as a practioner is to meet you where ever you are at on your health journey.

My job as your health practioner is to provide a safe healing space without judgment or bias. Autonomy and your own innate inner knowing will always be a important part of your treatment.

With my clinical experience as a massage therapist, yoga instructor and education in Chinese Medicine I hope to provide you with a supportive, effective treatment and provide informed information so you can make the best decisions for your wellbeing.
